This is another example why using a guide-book is important because if I didn\u2019t, I would have missed a number of sites<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2012_London_2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The City of London Walk part 2<\/a> \u2014\u00a0Another walking tour of London courtesy of Rick Steves. I spent a few hours at the War Museum, a good place to visit if you are interested in Britain\u2019s role during WWII.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2012_London_3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The City of London Walk Part 3<\/a> \u2014\u00a0I was in London for about 10 days. This album consists of photos from many sites. I could easily spend another week there to cover all the places I\u2019d want to see.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.10151193842126156.433238.625141155&amp;type=1&amp;l=1de050bf24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Greenwich and Brick Lane<\/a> \u2014\u00a0One of the beneficiaries of the London Olympics is the East End of the city. Like many major cities, the east end seems to always be the \u2018poor cousin\u2019 of the city. East LA., East St. Louis, Lower East Side of New York, East Toronto around Regent Park\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2012Oxford\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oxford <\/a>\u2014\u00a0Oxford, home to the oldest university in the English-speaking world. Home to J. R. R. Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, T. E. Lawrence,\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2012_Brighton\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brighton <\/a>\u2014 only a short train ride away from London. \u00a0Brighton is a lovely seaside town.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2012_Dover\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dover <\/a>\u2014\u00a0I last visited Dover more than 20 years ago. Since the completing of the Chunnel connecting England to the Continent, the traffic for the port has much reduced. The white cliff is still a neat trail for an easy hike.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2012_Hay_on_Wye\">Hay-on-Wye<\/a> \u2014 one of the best book towns in the world!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2012_wolverhampton\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wolverhampton and Hereford<\/a> \u2014 I\u00a0spent a few days in Wolverhamption visiting my friend<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jan.
